Does Arco Iris have full legal control over the 400 acres wilderness area known as Wild Magnolia to ensure that it remains held for the charitable purposes described in our mission statement ? This was the main question Maria Christina Moroles took to the U. of A. School of Law last year.

The University’s Transactional Clinic agreed to help us and began with running a full audit of Arco Iris, Inc. Law student, Darlene Irwin, is working on the audit and the legal issues of title under supervision of Professor Tarvin and Carl J. Circo, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor.
The audit team has extended every courtesy and sincere effort to help us meet our objectives regarding this important property.
